Reviews of Starview Palace Hotel

For a 25k per night hotel it was well below standard. No complimentary water or beverage in the rooms, toilets amenities very poor no small shampoo, conditioner, bath gel in small bottles like you see even in 15k hotels. Glass cups provided for the water dispenser during breakfast were smelling soap. The breakfast lacked breakfast elements only rice, beans, yam, sweet potatoes were available. It was well below my standard. I don’t plan to return there because there are cheaper alternatives with better standard in Gwarinpa.

The location is nice but the water heater and the elevator weren't working, I nearly missed my flight because I had to send for hot water from the Kitchen.

The receptionist were nonchalant. The hotel was very dirty with unfriendly people at the front desk. I was left unattended to for at the front desk more than 30mins.

I didn’t enjoy my stay in the hotel. My booking was for 3 nights, the AC worked only one night out of the 3 nights I reserved. Service delivery was poor too.

I stayed there for 3 nights and all through my stay, their services were so bad, you literally have to beg to get things across to you, from towel to even dinner. Starview hotel is just fancy from the outside but on the inside, its purely bad. Not to mention leaking ceilings in rooms and over flooding toilets.

My stay was bad at the hotel,in fact terrible, I did not enjoy any good service. The facilities there were not good enough and the staff were not so nice. I did not enjoy my stay there. The power supply was not stable too

I quite enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I did not exactly have any issues checking in and out of the hotel. I have no complaints whatsoever about the place. The services rendered were good and the staff were very efficient while carrying out their duties. Good hotel. Seven over ten rating.

My stay was just there. It was not bad but it was not so good either. There was nothing spectacular about the place. The customer services was really poor and I eventually had to switch to another hotel.

I was there one night, it was wonderful, staff are very respectful!
