The experience I had at the hotel was not delightful. For the price paid, my expectations were above what the hotel offered. The room included a bed, a fridge that was not well stocked with drinks and an air-conditioning unit that did not work properly. The swimming pool was locked and was never opened till I checked out. The staff were not concerned about the satisfaction of their guests and this could lead to low patronage.

Beautiful place for its location (Keffi). It's catering for my shelter as I continue with post graduate studies in NSUK
