The experience I had at the hotel was not delightful. For the price paid, my expectations were above what the hotel offered. The room included a bed, a fridge that was not well stocked with drinks and an air-conditioning unit that did not work properly. The swimming pool was locked and was never opened till I checked out. The staff were not concerned about the satisfaction of their guests and this could lead to low patronage.
