Excellent10

The room was reasonably tidy with a very big bed that I slept in comfortably. It felt just right, the facilities in the room worked perfectly. The staff and management did a great job putting everything together for me and the other guests.

Bad stay

I cannot exactly say I stayed at this hotel because I could not sleep over night. It was so uncomfortable. The room was not conducive, power supply was poor. Customer service was not satisfactory. I could not bear staying through the night. The hotel must improve on all their service.
