Reviews of Integrity Hotel and Suites

I got to the hotel and it looks like kidnappers den, the receptionist is less than 18 years old and that's scary, there is no security personnel at the gate and there is no sign board what-so ever.

The Mosquitoes were too much, no security in the hotel, I was not comfortable so I stayed for just a night.

The hotel was very very dirty like it hasn't been used in years. The walls were breaking out, and I couldn't switch from cold to warm water without switching off the heater. The Hotel is Very Dirty and unkempt.

I checked-in but the services was very poor this time, the generator was fixed at about 11:pm at night I and my wife we were for 2 hours in darkness

My stay at Integrity Hotel and Suites was bad, their facilities was not okay

My stay went smoothly. It was pretty good as everything was in order. customer service was great.

I wasn't not impress with the facilities, what they have online is different from what I saw. What they call a swimming pool is an abandoned pond. Poor management

The bathroom did not have a demarcation, the walls of the hotel was very bad, the door of the bathroom was bad, no shower we had to used a bucket.

The hotel was very dirty. No running water in the toilet, sink is broken, no shower head, but a plastic bucket to be used for shower. As if that is not enough, very night I had a mosquitoes bites with blood stain on the floor. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life and I regretted it.

My stay was very fine, the receptionist was very jovial, smiled at guests and was very professional. The room was well decorated and power was on, for 24 hours all through my stay. The food was also very nice. The environment was equally clean.
