The hotel was located in a quiet and neat environment, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It's a nice place to visit when you really want to relax and be comfortable. The staff were courteous and well trained. The environment was serene and beautiful. I had a comfortable stay, it is highly recommendable.

My stay at Chapter 1 Luxury Suites was good. The hotel management and staff were very friendly, the room service was timely and hospitable. The room was neatly arranged and bathroom was well equipped. The meals served were delicious and affordable. Only for the laundry service staff who were discussing aloud very close to my room disrupted the comfort I had.
