My stay at Watercress Hotel was a bad decision. They kept moving me from one room to another because of poor services rendered at the hotel. It was a total turn off.

I had a great time staying at Watercress, the hotel was clean, security was good, facilities were all functional, the food was great and the staff. My stay at the hotel was very wonderful. I had no issues checking in and out of the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities available. The bathroom was well cleaned. The food served was nicely and deliciously made. I really had a nice time there. I would rate the hotel a nine over ten not because the place is not good enough but because the hotel and its management should not fall short of the good standard already set.

The room was beautiful and picture perfect, the furniture unique, with beautiful decorations. The hotel was amazingly serene and the security was efficient. I had a good time at the hotel and will be going again if possible.

I will love to stay there whenever I am Lagos.

I arrived at Watercress hotel for my honeymoon and I was really happy I did. It was a wonderful time all through, hospitality was at its peak. The room was very cozy, neat, comfortable and I loved that a lot. The services rendered were very adequate, their staff were friendly, respectful and ever smiling, excellent services indeed. I must mention the variety of food at the restaurant which was beyond my expectation, room service was prompt, kitchen service was excellent, adequate toiletries were provided too. The room had all the facilities, water and power supply was uninterrupted. Thank you to Hotels.ng for making my honeymoon a memorable one. Trust me, I had a wonderful time and I would always recommend this hotel. To the management, Keep up the good work.

We honestly did not feel like checking out. The hotel was like an extension of a home. Everything was perfect. The scenery was awesome. The view of the swimming pool from our room was second to none. My wife and I had a short, but lovely stay at Watercress. Lest I forget, their efo-riro is out of this world.

I had a memorable time at the hotel. I liked the organized manner the staff go about their duties. For example, I wasn't delayed unnecessarily at the front desk as is sometimes the case in hotels. My room was tidy and I felt comfortable.

I had to extend my stay at the hotel because my plan was to stay for a night but the unexpected awesome experience could not let me check out the next day. The room was elegant, well equipped and very comfortable. The services rendered were amazing and the price paid was worth it. The hotel was chilling and I enjoyed my stay.
