The staff are very amiable and welcoming. The light situation was stable, the restaurant food was very nice. In-spite of getting there late, we are able to eat nice food.

After checking in, I left temporarily only for me to return and be greeted with the news that the gates have been locked and can't be open. I was asked to use a different entrance but it was already very late in the night and I couldn't risk finding out where the entrance is. I had to make alternative arrangement to sleep somewhere else. I came back in the morning, packed my bags and went off. I paid but didn't get to stay. My 'stay' was a disaster. The least you could have done was to inform me of the time you close your gates.
