Good but can be better

The hotel has a beautiful view from outside. The room I stayed was very neat and spacious with functional AC and a dressing table. The bathroom was also is decked with complementary toiletries. This of course made me comfortable. The only snag I noticed was that the staff were not willing to help or assist their guests. I was told by a staff to go out on my own in the street to look for slippers since there was none in the hotel. Since it was my first time in the area, it was really difficult for me . I just hope the hotel's management should look into this and improve the service quality.

Prenox is da bomb! I enjoyed my stay and didn't want to leave. Neat rooms, functional AC, nice view and good location. I am definitely going to return.

The hotel is a nice place to stay in and I had a good experience. It is well secured in a clean environment. The staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have functional facilities. The food at the hotel is good and affordable. I had a pleasant experience.
