Excellent10

I was highly satisfied by the receptionist approach, he was always ready to attend to my needs, he deserves an accolades. He poses all the qualities needed. I score him 9/10.

Zero customer service

I expect better services to be rendered. The receptionist is too rude. The hotel management needs to educate them on the service quality towards guest.
