It was fine but the bathroom was not so good.

My stay at the hotel was pleasing, although the AC in my room was not cooling well.

Palms 77 Hotel is an exclusive hotel in a wonderful and quiet location. The ambiance and the quality of the hotel is excellent. Very friendly, courteous, polite and responsive staff. The facilities are great and fully functional.

I feel this should be called a motel and not a hotel. Period.

This is the worst hotel I've been to. Breakfast is served late. The rooms are terrible. I was deceived by their ratings at first, but now I know I will not be going back there again

The service was really good here. The bathrooms were really nice, with adequate toiletries. When I first got to the hotel, I was told to wait for them to clean my room. I didn't like this delay but I was able to get things sorted out.

The hotel has a lovely scenery, clean environment and large area for parking vehicles of guests. The rooms are lovely as well with cute paintings on the wall. I really enjoyed my stay

A very beautiful and clean hotel, high quality service and tight security. 24hrs electricity with functioning A/C although there is a bit flop from the receptionist by mistakenly dialing my room although I was not the one they wanted to speak with but with full apologies whenever it happens.The rooms are always extremely clean.
