Reviews of Tivoli Garden Hotel

I got into the Hotel and paid for over 2 hours there was no electricity. I spoke to Hotel ng and they gave me another hotel that was worse. I had to book another hotel away from Hotel.ng and I never got refunded since April.

No good service, no light, no cleaning, no good food. When he requested food, it took them a long time to deliver.

The room was dirty and smelling

No clean water, the room was poor in neatness... I was not really impressed but they have a nice view...

The Tivoli garden hotel ideally should not be recommended. They sheets were stained, no water to flush the toilet or have my bath. Dirty room, loud staff, only one functional TV channel with a lot of static. Hotel needs serious maintenance. The pictures are deceptive . This hotel is at best a 1star hotel .

My experience at the hotel Trivoli Garden was highly disappointing,dissatisfying, and uncomfortable. The poor was not functional, (it was super green, possibly filled with algae). The water system was bad, to our utter dismay I was offered brown colored water in a bucket for us to use.

The environment is great. But the hotel is poorly managed. The staff are lazy and not professional. The rooms are okay. It's a shame because the setting is really nice.

My stay at the hotel was good albeit brief. I checked out the following day after checking in. The staff were very understanding and came to my aid more than once. I hope to come over again and perhaps stay longer.

I had a fine time at the hotel and really liked my stay. I had to leave the early the following morning but the staff''s friendliness left a good impression on me.

My stay at Tivoli Garden Hotel was bad. The only thing that was good about the hotel was the environment, asides that, the hotel had poor customer service, non-functional air conditioner, bad power supply. I really hope the hotel improve on this.

My stay at the hotel was good,the hotel was beautiful and the environment was calm too.There was water and power supply throughout my stay at the hotel,my room was neat and comfortable.Their staff was so dutiful and respectful.I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The hotel is a very lovely place,truly home away from home.The environment is very serene and neat.Breakfast was served in my room and they brought it on time.The water front is divine and beautiful at night. I love every minute I spent at the hotel
