The hotel did not have some facilities you will think are mandatory. Water heater was absent, personally, I resent using cold water to bath but I had no choice. The hotel was void of internet facilities too.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel, it was terrible. The room was not attractive and the beddings were not presentable. The toilet and bathroom were not well equipped and the water supply was not constant.

My stay at the hotel was horrible, the room was not clean, cockroaches we all over the room, the bed-sheet were old and torn.I didn't enjoy my stay at all.

Kemsmat suite and Residence is a beautiful place. The room was neat and the toilet had all the necessary facilities functioning well. I enjoyed the meal and it was affordable. My stay at the hotel was wonderful with the help of their well mannered staff.

I got a warm reception at the hotel, the staff are hospitable and efficient. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries in place. There was also hot water running in the bathroom, there was constant power and water supply also.
