My stay was good.

Honestly, I did not have a nice stay at the hotel. I was not impressed with the services rendered by the hotel staff. The environment is not bad though and the place is clean to a large extent. I think my dissatisfaction was based on the poor services rendered by the staff.

I had a very terrible stay at this hotel. My room was not okay in any way. The light in my room was not working, the intercom was also not working. Basic toiletries in the hotel such as the towel was not provided. When I requested for it, it was brought finally around midnight and it was similar to a piece of rag. I am never going back there.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I had no issues checking in and out of the place. The environment was cool and serene. The customer service was good as well. The room I stayed in was cool and comfortable with good and working facilities there. Very nice and good place to be!
