My stay at the hotel was not bad at all, the hotel's attendants were very nice and friendly. One of the Air conditioning units in my room was not functioning well and I complained to one of the attendants who ensured that it was fixed in no time. I really had a nice time at the hotel.

Upon our arrival we were given the wrong apartment to stay in. We had paid the full amount as requested but they still refused to give us the apartment that we wanted. This was just the beginning. As we finally checked in, I noticed the AC was not working, the door handle for the toilet was broken, the hot water was unavailable, and there were loads of cockroaches around the room and kitchen. The apartment was dirty and was clearly not cleaned prior to us arriving. We had issues connecting to the WiFi also. All these were raised with the manager and the owner of the house and they promised us this would be sorted. Two days later, they stopped answering our calls and nothing has been resolved. It was so bad, we booked another apartment because we could not live in this dirty state without AC any longer. The only good thing is the location and they have security within the location. We lost out on the money we paid, although, they said they would give us a refund. The owner of the house stopped answering our calls and is still refusing to give us a refund.

It was stressful while checking in and the staff were not all at that friendly and patient with their guests. Nevertheless, the room was comfortable and moderately equipped, the toilet and bathroom were properly cleaned.

My stay at the hotel was awesome. I got more than what I paid for. The hotel staff were very good people. The room was beautiful and well decorated. The bathroom and toilet were sparkling clean and well equipped. The power supply also was remarkable and I would always recommend this hotel. It is a nice place to be.

The hotel had lovely security personnels with adequate facilities like pepper spray, teasers and a CCTV that I was able to see., I really felt safe with the security system that was in place. The rooms where equally nice.
