My stay was not interesting, It was not fine, at all the bed was not comfortable

The location of Kryxtal Suites and Lounge was perfect which made it easily accessible. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, my room was clean and the environment is serene. Customer service was excellent and my room was comfortable. The management needs to provide P.O.S Machine to make payment easier and faster. Apart from this, the hotel is a beautiful place to be.

The hotel is not in a good condition.

The hotel is very dirty. All they are after is to collect your money. Once you pay and check in you are on your own. They put off there generator by 2AM and you are left to battle with mosquitoes until 5 AM when they put it on again. I regret ever staying there. When I complained nothing was done.
