I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. First of all, it is located in a noisy environment. The security is not good enough to ensure that miscreants are kept at bay. The customer service is terrible. The staff need to be changed or be professionally trained. In the room I was given, the bed had bed bugs and I could not sleep comfortably. Also, the heater in my room was not working. This hotel needs an overhaul.

I was surprised at how good the hotel was. I enjoyed my nights there. The kitchen staff in particular were courteous and nice. Though the internet services stopped working later. Overall, its an hotel I will definitely go back to if I find myself in the area.

The air condition was active and working very well, my sleep was pleasant. There was constant light too. The water was clean and steady. I am sure all your guest will have something nice to say about your hotel. You're just fantastic at what you do.

My stay was fair. The hotel is a very nice place. I planned to stay longer at the hotel but I could not because there was no water heater. I believe with a fully air-conditioned room, a water heater should be provided to complement the cold weather and room temperature. The hotel should look into this.

My stay at Sunny Vale hotel was just a perfect one. I really got the comfort I needed. The hotel is endowed with brilliant and nice staff, neat environment, nice room setting, delicious delicacy, stable water and power supply, AC, shower and heater working fine. I really enjoyed my stay and will like to visit again.

The Hotel is a very nice place. Their facilities are very okay. However, the place seems to be infested with Yahoo boys. They troop in in numbers and disturb the peace of the environment. That got me really pissed off.
