Reviews of Sugarland Hotel and Suites

I had fun at the Sugarland hotel but I will like to suggest to the management of the hotel to provide snooker, music, Asun spot so as to enable one to enjoy stay well.

I am glad I made a reservation in this hotel through Hotels.ng. .My room was reserved for me before I arrived. My 6-night stay at Sugarland Hotel was nice. I must commend the staff; they were nice and helpful. They also ensured my stay was satisfactory as all my needs were met promptly. My room was always clean, beddings and towels were changed everyday. Sufficient toiletries were made available. Power supply was uninterrupted throughout my stay. Food was affordable and tasty. I thank the staff of the hotel for making my stay a great one.

I had a great time and a good stay in the hotel. It was neat, peaceful and beautiful. The room service was fast. All the facilities were functional. Finally, I got value for my money.

I can confirm that I did enjoy my stay at the hotel and found all the staff very helpful and responsive to all my needs. My room was very comfortable and beautiful. The environment was serene and very calm. I will use the hotel again upon my next visit.

Customer relation is zero, there is no water heater, the food is too expensive and badly cooked. To crown it all the hotel is poorly managed. There were several complaints about people smoking cigarettes and Indian hemp. I'll never go back there.
