The hotel is very well located in a secure high brow area of Abuja. The rooms were clean and staff very courteous. Will definitely be returning and recommending to others!

I spent a night here. Staff were quite personable over the telephone and in person. Check-in was smooth, but there was an issue with my room, the window lock was faulty, and noise from workmen right outside the window. I complained and was moved into a larger room at no extra cost (which is almost impossible in most Nigerian hotels). Unfortunately, the hotel is next to a major expressway and my room on the top floor had no noise insulation. Heavy traffic sounds all night, bring ear plugs while lodging here. Breakfast was not served in time the next morning so I left without.

The hotel is a new hotel and I noticed they are still putting some things in order. Regardless of that, though, it was a wonderful experience, I know in no time it will be perfect.

1 Oak Place. was a great place to be, everything about this hotel was excellent, the room was spacious and beautiful. The services were excellent, toiletries and clean towels were provided, room service was okay, all facilities were in good condition, food was affordable and tasty, the environment was quiet and internet connection was also available. I look forward to having such wonderful experience again.

My stay at the hotel was nice and pleasant. My check in and check out went well. The staff were efficient in their duties. Power and water supply were constant. All the necessary facilities worked well. Six over ten rating.Nice!!!

My experience with one Oak place was hideous, no good security service, poor basic appliances, poor laundry service, poor WIFI service, housekeeping service are disorganized, they ain't trained for their jobs. Some guest even smokes like chimneys in their rooms and mess the whole place up,incessant noise. One oak place isn't a place to have a good rest after a stressful journey or trip! It's not as it used to be...NOW IT'S HELLISH!
