Very terrible hotel; there was no light, mosquito everywhere and the AC was not working

My stay was cool rating them from 1 to 5, the location, services I will give them 3 over 5

Terrible Hotel with bathroom heater shocking when there is light .

Stayed there recently, room wasn't ready when I wanted to check in. I had to leave and come back hours later to have access to room. later on the bulb blows and electric current was running through the water tap. I complained to reception and it took me shouting at them and demanding a refund before they would get someone to fix it.

It is a very good hotel. In fact, I am still there as I make this review. My check in went really well.I was well attended to by the staff. Excellent place with a clean environment and good facilities available. I would give a ten over ten rating.

I had a very good stay at the hotel. The environment was really cool. Good customer services provided as well. The facilities were working properly. Everything was just alright!

The room was reasonably tidy with a very big bed that I slept in comfortably. It felt just right, the facilities in the room worked perfectly well. The staff and management did a great job putting everything together for me and the other guests.

I had a fantastic experience, the hotel was really enjoyable. The staff were really nice and well trained, they really made me feel comfortable. They had a very big parking space where I parked with adequate security.

My room was very uncomfortable, the wardrobe door was falling, the whole place was messy. I think the hotel generally lacks maintenance, all these things should have been taken care of before my arrival. I however must say I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner served. The meals were tasty and homely.

I am unamused that the hotel has some good reviews here. These reviews could be misleading because I have been to the hotel in person and it is nothing like it is presented here. The hotel is easily the most overpriced hotel I have used.

My stay at the hotel was good and pleasing. I was very comfortable in my room, it was spacious and neat. Water supply running well , there was constant electricity and the room service were always available to attend to my needs. The food was also very delicious and neatly served. My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one

The environment should be improved upon, it is very obvious that it could look better. One would find litter on the floor and it was unsightly. For the rooms,they are actually not bad. The food was tasteless and the customer service should be more receptive. This is my take on the hotel.

My stay at Topaz Lodge was a wonderful one, the hotel was easy to locate and the environment was clean and quiet.The hotel's staff was friendly and respectful, they are always quick to respond to all my needs. My room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, there was toiletries and water was available throughout my stay. I really had a good time at the hotel, the power was uninterrupted and all facilities were provided. Everything was totally amazing.

I had a fine stay at the hotel and I enjoyed my time there. Your hotel experience is better and easier when you book through Hotels.ng and this time wasn't an exception. If for any reason I come around again, I'll definitely be using your hotel.

My stay at the hotel was superb. I enjoyed every bit of the hotel. The rooms were so big I was always rolling on the floor and playing. The meals were fantastic, the environment was extremely clean and accommodating, it felt like home. The water and power supply were constant, I am definitely going back there soon.

The environment of the hotel was pleasant and serene . The room was clean but the room was hot because the A.C was not working well, there was no socket to charge my phone. They need to work on all these.

I enjoyed my stay at Topaz Lodge. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the toilet had necessary toiletries in it. The room service was swift to response and the staff were helpful. Only for the laundry service which I was not pleased with, I had to pay to get my dress ironed.

My experience at Topaz was very awful. Topaz is actually a bad place to stay when you want to relax. It looked like an abandoned building which was converted into a hotel. The premises and inside the hotel were very dusty which disgusted me. The hotel's power supply was also terrible, no light during the day and at night. The generator was always turned off around at about 2 am. I had a really bad experience.

The satisfaction I had at Topaz Lodge was far beyond my expectation. I enjoyed every bit of my stay. The room was stylishly furnished, the air conditioner worked perfectly well, the room service was swift to response and the water supply was good. Topaz Lodge is a nice hotel.

My stay at the hotel was good. The hotel was neat, there was constant power and water supply but an upgrade of facilities is essential, especially the toilet, the toilet was unable to flush. Asides that, my stay at the hotel was okay.

The hotel is very beautiful,the service is prompt. The environment is serene and quiet that alone is key to me. The rooms are clean but there weren't toiletries in the bathroom. I think they should pay more attention to details.

It's a good place to come to if you want to relax properly without unnecessary stress and issues, as they hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are well on hand to ensure your stay goes well. This hotel is awesome. They have friendly staff and they are also good people, they ensured my stay was hassle free right from check in throughout my stay till the time I checked out. The place is quiet and peaceful and it is easy to relax while there. The hotel is beautiful, everything was okay for me.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel but they dont have white towels.The towels they have worn out and faded.
