My room was quite spacious and clean, the receptionist was warm and welcoming. The amenities were functioning optimally. the environment was quiet and conducive.

Good staff but the ambience and the room was not nice. It was less my expectations, I had to check out the next day.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The reception was welcoming, room was clean, security was great. I had to extend my stay. Nice hotel.

Le Patriarche Lodge is not up to standard, acclaim swimming pools was not working. The bathroom was not in good condition. The physical structure is not up to standard. Tiny cockroaches in the room. My stay was fine though.

Excellent and very good location. looking for a quiet stay in Victoria Island, Patriarch Lodge is the place. The staff were very caring. The rooms were very clean.

As beautiful as the hotel's environment was, the hospitality services were very poor. My room was not cleaned for the two nights I stayed, my towels were not changed and I got no apologies or concerns from the staff. I do not think I have to remind you people to clean the room I paid for. I am quite displeased about this. Asides that, I had a good stay.
