Poor Receptionist Attitude

Apart from the attitude of the receptionist which I had to converse with at certain times, I feel the hotel services are quite standard. They just need to work on their hospitality.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my mission in Benin and to think that the environment was very neat and conducive made me fall in love with the hotel. The staff here were very cordial and professional. In summary, I enjoyed every moment I spent at the hotel.

I had a very good stay and I am very pleased. I used full 3 nights at the hotel and stayed with my guests. From all indications, they were content with their stay. The service was prompt and their facilities were in good condition.

My stay at the hotel was fair. The experience I had was below what I was expecting. The management of the hotel need to improve on their facilities and services. Although, the room rate was reasonable.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel as the attendants were nice to me in spite of the fact that I got to the hotel very late and was very tired. I was checked into my room as quickly as possible and the receptionist ensured that I got all the necessary toiletries which I needed throughout my stay at the hotel. However, the hotel was a little bit noisy. Also, there was no complementary breakfast.
