Frankeyz hotel is degrading by the day. Very poor customer service.

Horrible

My stay at the hotel was very horrible. The hotel looked shabby, the restaurant was shabby and I did not like it at all. The room was not well cleaned, the bed was not comfortable, the sheets looked like they had not been washed in a long time. The receptionist was hostile. I certainly wasted my money at the hotel. Even the restaurant did not have a variety of food on the menu. I was so uncomfortable.

I couldn't use my reservation here. The hotel needs fumigation as mosquitoes were everywhere.

It was a good stay, service was perfect.
