The hotel intercom is not working in the room, The water they have to on it from their overhead tank i have to go and call the security by 5am for them to on the water, their tea corner there's no sugar and tea cup, and their door handle are all faulty, they should put a center carpet in their Deluxe room, They should improve on their house keeping.

Wow! This hotel is totally amazing, they have excellent staff, clean water and power supply was available. Toiletries was available too, clean towel was provided and everywhere was very neat. I really had a great time, Emerald Suites was a neat and secured hotel in a lovely location. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Good staff, very neat hotel. Everything is almost excellent except for Cable TV, the room rate, the hotel should upgrade their cable TV package. The hotel has just 1 sport station. The wireless network is also not working .

I had a good stay. Everything went well at the hotel as expected. I was pleased with the services rendered. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The room was beautifully furnished and had facilities which included a functioning air conditioning unit, a television set, adequate toiletries among many others.
