The hotel looks nice. I was to stay there for three days but on the first night, I could not sleep because the hotel's club had a party that stretched into the early hours of the morning. The noise was so terrifying that I had to leave and find another hotel very early the next day. Their facilities were good though.

The hotel was not comfortable both room and environment, it was too noisy

I was dissatisfied with the services rendered at the hotel. At check in, customer service was very poor. The rooms, though fully air-conditioned, were not well cleaned. Catering and hospitality services were nothing to write home about. I almost regret lodging in this hotel.

My stay at Goldlux Hotel and Suite was fine. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The staff of the hotel was accommodating and tolerating. The room was neatly arranged with a very sweet smelling fragrance. The bathroom had a nice setting with enough toiletries. The problem I had was just the noise coming from the event that took place within the hotel's arena.

My stay was fine just that they did not have intercom for their various departments. The processing of my requests was always slow . Apart from that, my stay was nice as the power supply was excellent, the location was nice, and they had good food.

The environment was terrible in what would otherwise have been a decent hotel. The rooms weren't looking much better either. The parking space was limited and it wasn't neat. I had to put up with this till I left.

In fact I'm crying bitterly as I write this. This should not even be regarded as a hotel. The services are 100% poor. The staff and manager are very unserious. The environment was dirty, the staff were dirty, no security at all. It was an all round bad experience.

The room was comfortable enough but there was epileptic power which did not really make me enjoy my stay. The staffs were efficient enough though.

There wasn't water or light when I checked in. The room felt stuffy as a result and I couldn't shower immediately. The hotel was in a dismal state and I did not enjoy my stay.

My stay was okay. the room was cozy and well ventilated but the only challenge I had was that the bed was a bit small for me. I had to manage it.

My stay at the hotel was not super but just fair. The room was nicely arranged , the bed was big enough for me to fit in. The television set that was in my room was not working at all. I complained but nothing was done.

The only issue I had at the hotel was the light going off and on, and we had to request for a towel before it was provided.

Everything about the hotel was beautiful from the room, environment, customer service, It was indeed amazing.

My stay isn't fine oo, they are playing loud music from morning till night, they don't want to reduce it, I've tried telling them and I'm tired, it seems nothing I'll do about it.

I am not happy with the hotel at all, there wasn't light, water, the rooms are small. There wasn't a shower head in the bathroom and the towels look dirty. The AC and TV wasn't working at all. They need to improve on their hospitality in general, get new towels, and check the amount of people just loitering around the hotel surrounding.

I was not satisfied with the services delivered at the hotel, the air conditioning unit in my room was not working that I was sweating, the remote of the television was not provided so I have to stand up as many times as possible to change the television stations. However I must commend their customer service, it was excellent and food was delicious.

My stay was not that bad, they added breakfast to the booking but on getting there no breakfast was served, and the way they check on and attended to clients was bad.

I did not quite enjoy my stay at the hotel. The power supply was not stable and the backup generator could not carry the load of the facilities in the hotel. As a result, i didn't have good use of the hotel's facilities. I am quite indifferent about the services rendered but I am not too satisfied with the facilities used at the hotel.

I got the hotel the place was a mess, I had to decline.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, their services are prompt and efficient. The food taste really good. Their staff are hospitable and efficient. Their laundry service is very fast and reliable, the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries put in place. The only problem I had is that the power supply wasn't constant, they should improve on the electricity aspect.
