Reviews of Trixwin Hotel

I was not really pleased with the hotel's facilities, the hotel's management need to improve on it. The power supply was poorly rationed and the water supply was not constant. The other services rendered were remarkable, the staff were accommodating and the room I stayed in was okay.

The place is very beautiful, comfortable and located in a quiet environment. My stay at the hotel was good, the hotel's environment was clean and there was constant water and power supply. The hotel staff were helpful and kind. The room service was swift to response and I enjoyed the services rendered at the hotel.

I did not enjoy my stay at all. Although the room was okay, the facilities in the room were not functioning. Even after complaining, they did not do much to help the situation. Their service is really poor. Through out the time I was at the hotel, there was no power and they said that it was part of the management's policy not to put the generator on. Later, they put the generator on for a while for me to charge my phone. They do not have any internet service. The hotel can only boast of a large compound and nothing else.
