It was average, the intercom was not working and the remote control was not working. The rooms were manageable

The hotel needs an upgrade. My stay was not bad after all.

My stay was great. Everything except the water heater worked perfectly. I had to request for hot water from the kitchen every time I wanted to shower, which often took long to get. Room service was not as prompt, it was just fair. Asides that I enjoyed my stay.

My stay in this hotel was a pleasant one. The environment was serene and tidy with a large parking space for vehicles. The security was relatively tight and the staff were polite and friendly. The only problem was that I couldn't get warm water to bathe with. The management should please find a solution to this.

The hotel was okay for me and the staff were efficient, they attended to every issue as quickly as possible, I was really overwhelmed with that. The room I got was nice and the restroom was neat also. I was satisfied with the quality of service offered and their facilities were in good shape.

I had a really great time at the hotel, their food was wonderful, the hotel was perfect and their customer service was good. My room was neat, there was constant power and water supply. Their staff was friendly, respectful and efficient. I hope to make use the hotel sometime again. Many thanks for the good service.
