The worst service, customer service awful, management poor, strictly for Yahoo boys.... dont bother

I had a bad experience at the hotel. There was no hot water available and eventually no water at all. There were no towels available in the room also. The customer service took so long to respond to me although the staff were pleasant. Then the hotel usually hosts a program on Wednesday nights and as a result, they make loud music which disturbs the peace of the customers. I could not sleep that night.

I was invalid on the day of my check in and had to use clutches. In that state, I got a treatment that was void of empathy and I was upset. Their services are not good. I intended to stay for 3 nights but left after 2nd day.

I liked everything about this hotel, from the way the receptionist attended to me down to the prompt response of their room service and every other thing. The only issues I had was the fact that my room had just a socket so I couldn't charge my phone and charge my laptop at the same time.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the environment is very calm and neat. The staff are hospitable and friendly. I would visit soon
