I had a good stay but the hotel management can improve on their facilities, the room I checked into was not really neat, there were a lot of dirt under the bed and the bed was not too comfortable.

I want to bring my review to your notice. The service is very poor in this hotel, especially from cleaners. There is still dirt on the floor from yesterday's wedding party. Besides that, when you ask for something it takes more than two hours for the thing to come, I have stayed in other hotels in this area and your hotel is different but not in a good way. Every service rendered by your staff does not encourage customer satisfaction. I would employ the management of this hotel to look into this as the services rendered at the moment is bad for business.
