My stay was manageable. The AC was not working, they was light issues during my stay.
Bad very bad

Two times I stayed at the hotel, I couldn’t use the AC. In fact, I lodged 2016 and was told that they are using the small gen, that the big one is on repairs till morning. 2017, I lodged again and it is the same story.
Excellent customer satisfaction

The hotel is very beautiful and has a serene environment. The customer service is excellent. The staff were very nice and efficient in the discharge of their duties. The facilities there were also fully functional.
Nothing works...stay away!

I saw the hotel on their website and went there to lodge. The air conditioning unit wasn't working, they kept telling me "we're using the small generator"....till the next morning. Besides, the amount displayed on the website is different from what I was asked to pay on arrival at the hotel. I did not enjoy the services rendered to me there.

My stay was okay. There was nothing really happening in the hotel the day I checked in and the pool was not functioning. Apart from that, the hotel is new and nice.
