That place is a very bad hotel both inside and outside

I enjoyed my stay and rated them 9/10

I had a very unpleasant encounter with this hotel, which was recommended by a cabbie. I barely managed through my first night. The curtains, bed-spread, floor, etc, all looked unkempt. I could not bring myself to use the disgusting toilet/bath either. As a matter of fact, I left for my program the next day without taking a proper bath! When I complained, they offered me a different room for my second night. However, the new room looked like a construction site. The bath tub had been pulled out of place, because "they were trying to fix the water heater" and the plumber's bag and work-tools were right in the middle of the room, at the time I checked in! To make matters worse, the indifference of some of the staff was quite appalling.
