It was horrible everything at the hotel was wrong, the room, services in fact everything was poor I can't go there again, I thought it was managed by Best Western.

It was just okay. The complimentary breakfast could have been better, my room TV and AC did not have a remote control, I complain but nothing was done about it.

My stay was good at the hotel. No complaints at all. I really had a good time and I look forward to making another reservation through Hotels. NG. The environment was serene and carried a good ambiance

The hotel was well worth its price. The location is rather too busy and close to rowdy bus-stop of motorbikes and tricycles. The staff at the reception were highly accommodating. They have comfortable and pleasant rooms. However, the complimentary breakfast needs to be improved on.
