The hotel is very dirty and unkempt and the manager does not know the ethics of running a hotel

I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel because everything went well. The staff were lively and accommodating. I had a warm reception at the hotel and I was able to check in with ease. It was also easy locating the hotel.

Sun On Hotel was located in a quiet and serene environment and I had a wonderful time. The customer service was amazing, I am impressed with their excellent service. They had nice rooms and room service was perfect. There was constant power supply, food was affordable and toiletries were available. I hope to make use of your hotel sometime again. Many thanks for the good service!

The food I ate at the hotel was very bad, I had a stomach upset after eating. The room was big and very clean with a good bathroom. The compound of the hotel was big enough to accommodate the cars parked.

My stay at the hotel was okay, I like it and I enjoyed every minute I spent at the hotel. The hotel was so easy to locate,I had a wonderful reception, their staff were friendly and respectful. The environment of the hotel was neat and calm, there was water in the bathroom, all facilities were working perfectly and the room was neat.

I was not impressed by my stay at the hotel at all, the lamp holder in the room was bad, there was no water supply throughout my stay. The foot mat in the room was bad in fact the hotel was just not okay at all. The hotel needs to be maintained well.
