The first night we spent here, we almost wanted to sleep on the floor , the ac wasn’t working well and it was so hot. The Toilet basin had faults too. They moved us into another room and cancelled our complimentary breakfast because they upgraded our package which they didn’t communicate and was no fault of ours as we wouldn’t have requested for another room if we were satisfied with the first one allocated to us. The corridors so noisy, felt like a family house. I will not recommend this hotel at all

To whom it may concern, I would like to relay my dissatisfaction, Note that I came to Nigeria as a visitor and never have I felt disrespected in this manner. The hotel was a referral from a trusted colleague and friend and for that reason, I did not see any reason to doubt his choice, however in less than 24hrs I've already checked out. I left for the following reasons: - The customer service is deplorable. From waitrons, cleaners, porters to front desk staff. No rapport being built, unfriendly, slackers attitude. - I have never been to a hotel that has a menu but nothing to offer you from it. I asked for over 7 different dishes, all unavailable. To the point where the kitchen dictated what I should eat. - Cleanliness putrid - rooms filthy, toilet not flushing, dust on all surfaces, stains on the floors,, carpets not cleaned, dirt stains on curtains, the biggest shock was the bedding that was not changed. I found blood stains on my sheets. This was by far the most disgusting feature. -Management beyond incapable, showed incompetence. I rate this the worst hotel I've ever been to in all my travels. It's safe to say I will never return nor refer this hotel to any of my networks.

They were very rude, the receiptionist there was very rude, showing me all sort of attitude, imagine I went down to get food and she was shouting at me, looked down on me, I told her I'm paying for my food.

I enjoyed every bit of their services.

Good value for your money. This is one of the best hotels in Ikeja, we had complimentary breakfast. Very neat hotel

Its a place to be. Prompt service, dedicated staff.

I had a great time at the hotel. I liked my room, although it was on the third floor and there was no lift, thus, I had to climb all the way up. The environment was serene and cool, water and power supply was also available to a large extent. It wasn't a bad experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff was always ready to assist guest with their needs and the hotel also had very good modern facilities. I was not just pleased with the night activity that took place regularly in the hotel premises tagged as happy hour, it was indeed disturbing. The hotel is a little too lively for my liking because I was not comfortable with the noise coming from the happy hour.
