My stay at the hotel was manageable. The management and staff of the hotel were helpful and respectful. The room was clean, modernly equipped but very clumsy, the room and bed size were small.

My stay at the hotel was okay. There was constant power and water supply, they also had delicious meals, my only complain was that their room was small. The picture I saw online was very different from the room I saw on arrival asides that, it was a good stay.

The hotel is not okay. It was not conducive to stay in at all and I ended up not staying there. The room is so small, the bed was so small too. The place did not comfortable at all so I had to leave there. The environment was clean though. I was not just satisfied with the size of the place.

If I had another choice, I would not have stayed in this hotel. Their services were poor. The hotel could not do anything to improve the quality of my stay there. I was not even noticed. I am glad I made it out of there safely. I am not going back there if their services do not improve.

The Place Hotel was a terrible experience for me. The room was very dirty and all the facilities in the toilet was out of place, water and power supply was not constant, the staff was not customer friendly, In fact the hotel needs a total renovation. I managed to stay for one night because of the time I checked in.

The hotel was very clean and neatly decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Fabulous location and very convenient to check in, beautiful room, lovely curtain, spacious bathroom and quiet environment. Its a perfect place for relaxation, I hope they keep it up.

The hotel looked dirty. Their customer service was poor. The rooms were like a cubicle, very small. The music did not go off till 2am in the morning. It was only after then I caught some sleep. I had limited options else I shouldn't have used the hotel.

For a brand like "The Place" I honestly wasn't expecting what I saw. Beautiful building put-up on here with very good reviews but physically it was underwhelming. Very small room with a 4ft bed attached to a very small bathroom. At least the AC worked, there's TV and power supply was steady. The great feature is the staff/receptionist/porter etc that attended to me (Kelvin I think) Great guy! single handedly strived to make it worthwhile.

The hotel is below average. Power outage was a constant nuisance. The door to my room looked feeble. The walls could make use of a repaint. The hotel is below standard.

Although the hotel attendants were friendly and welcoming, I must say that the cleaners at the hotel are not doing their job well enough. My room was dirty and still had empty cans of drinks consumed by previous occupants of the room, also, the bed sheet was not changed until I complained to one of the hotel attendants. The hotel was also a bit noisy that night, as one of the attendants was celebrating her birthday.

My stay was good kudos to Hotels.ng! They did a chunk of the work. I booked with them and went down to the hotel on the check in date. I had a smooth check in I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

I had a swell time at the hotel, the power was constant for the whole duration of my stay. The food was very delicious and affordable. They had a working intercom that I used to call the front desk staff each time I needed anything. The housekeepers did a good job in keeping the place clean

My overall experience was quite good except for the really small room I got. It's very unusual for me and I had to put up with this. I don't think anything can be done about this though but just so you know what your guest think.

The hotel is very beautiful, the decorations at the hotel had a professional touch. My room was just amazing, big bed and lovely furniture in the room. I didn't have any issue checking because my reservation was intact.

The hotel environment is not really spacious, not wide enough for parking space. I still enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at the hotel but I did not so enjoy my stay there. The air conditioner did not work well. The power supply was not stable there. Water did not run in the bathroom/toilet. So many things were just so off on the day that I stayed there. I do not think that I would like to stay there again as I did not have a good time there.

My stay at the The Place Hotel was nice. I had an entirely nice time there but the only issue I had was that the hotel did not have an intercom which was not so palatable, asides that, it was an okay stay.
