These people have no business being in the hospitality industry. Their facilities are basically falling apart, no wifi, no visible security in place. The toilet was dirty, whole place is dirty and smells damp.

My stay at the hotel was splendid, Mag Mercy Apartments was simply the best. The hotel was easy to locate, I enjoyed everything about the hotel from the serenity of the hotel to the ever listening customer service and also delicious meals offered. My stay was extremely fantastic and memorable, I will like to visit the hotel again.

I am just bothered the management don't realize their little lapses and what a fine opportunity they have to make the hotel remarkable. I noticed not many people use the hotel, we were just a handful of us and a few facilities were faulty. I am confused why it should be this way because personally, I enjoyed my stay.

Mag Mercy hotel was a great place to be,everything about this hotel was excellent, the room was spacious and beautiful, the services were excellent, toiletries and clean towels were provided, room service was okay, all facilities were in place, food was affordable and tasty, the environment was quiet, internet connection was also available. The Mag Mercy Apartments is really a nice place and i look forward to having another wonderful experience.

My stay at the hotel was lively and good. I had all the comfort i needed and they are endowed with wonderful and nice staff. I had a neat and comfortable room so big and beautiful. The shower and water heater working so fine including their AC and internet connection. I had all the toiletries I needed including the foot mat. The hotel was actually a noiseless zone so calm that when a needle falls we will hear the sound there by making my stay a delight. The delicious meal was always serve at the right time without any delay. To crown it up I was given a worm regards when leaving and in respect to this i must visit again.

My stay was actually okay. Checking in was so easy because they have the best customer service as far as am concern. The Food was Delicious and was neatly presented. The environment and my room was neat and smell so nice. I had stable water and power supply, but they need to work on the toilet heater and the water that comes out of the tap is dirty. I will rate the hotel 9.

I had a great a stay while I was at your hotel, my room was clean. The staff were also very nice, they answered me promptly when I needed them. Basically you have gotten better at your management skills. I'll rate you an 8 on a scale of 1-10

The hotel is okay, they have very wonderful staff especially Esther. She is a very wonderful person, but the rooms have cockroaches everywhere. Please the management needs to look into this, it is not good at all. They need to fumigate the place or do whatever it takes to get rid of those cockroaches. Everything else is fine.

I will commend the hotel on their customer service, they have the best customer service that I have ever noticed in any hotel but they need to work on a lot of things....There was no hot water, the room was hot and the AC was not functioning well. All in all it was a good stay they just need to improve their management.
