My stay went very well.....the room was well furnished and their service was so good...

It was splendid .

I was put in a mould infested room and the bed had extremely stained sheets. The hotel didn’t offer to move me to another room. Bad customer service.

Their management services is very bad and they are not responsive to customer complaint. They staff are so nonchalant and rude

The hotel is nice , a bit pricey. The bathroom can be cleaner especially the walls and bathroom curtain.

My stay at the hotel was not bad at all. The facilities were all up to the required standard. The food was nice. The customer services was efficient and the environment was cool.

I had a very good stay at the hotel. It was all perfect. The facilities were in good working condition, the staff were pleasant and efficient. The environment was well cleaned and maintained. Pretty good place to be!

I stayed in the Deluxe room. Big room and bathroom with adequate toiletries provided. Tasty meals but a little expensive. Very good customer care - I ordered a meal on the second day which I needed to return as what was delivered was not as described in the menu. The room service lady was very pleasant and even brought me some bread and butter to snack on while the replacement meal was being prepared. The wifi was great during my stay In all, I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

My stay was okay at the hotel. They offered me good services and I was really impressed. The only dissatisfaction I had while I was there is that they did not serve me breakfast. I felt it was necessary that they should have but they did not. Their facilities were in good working condition though and the customer service was great. Nice place regardless!

The staff and management were efficient to a fault as they catered to my needs, they made sure that I was satisfied to the latter. The food served at the hotel was top quality, very tasty and affordable. I really didn't want to leave the hotel because I was treated like royalty.

My stay at the hotel was excellent, the customer service was perfect. There was water and power supply throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean, I hope to visit soon again.

This is a very good hotel The rooms are lovely and it is located in a very good area. I will sure make use of this hotel again.
