Reviews of Terris Hotel

A very good hotel in all aspects. Large room, quality fittings throughout and very comfortable. Power and water supply was uninterrupted. Service quality was faultless with polite staff who are always willing to help. I'll definitely stay in Terris hotel when next I'm in Lagos.

Some of the rooms had cockroaches in them and we were given 1 towel for two people. The shower wasn't working and there was no light in the morning. There was water on the floor in the toilet which made it smelly. It wasn't a clean environment at all.

My stay was impressive, nice reception from a beautiful and ever smiling staff. The environment of the hotel was neat and beautiful. The hotel met my expectations and I would always come back here.

I am still in the hotel, on the second floor. It's unfortunate our room is near the generator house. The noise is unceasing and I'm barely managing to concentrate. But I will take it as I see though and hope it gets better from here.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel, you had a bad generator and the AC in my room was bad too. Please work on these things. Thanks.
