I really did enjoy my stay, every thing was okay. I would rate them 8/10 for their services.

The staff were friendly, I really enjoyed my stay.

I had a wonderful stay. Environment was clean and comfortable.

Ramelton hotel is okay for the price, the male staff was cool. I had a few issues ordering food, the ladies in the kitchen were reluctant and rude while taking orders especially in clarifying prices (I ended up paying more than what was on the menu for the first meal I ordered). I got the same type of feedback on the last day of my stay, this time with subtle insults and needless to say I was completely disgusted and pissed off. I thought it wise to mention this to the Supervisor before leaving but she had no interest in whatever I had to say. Unprofessional attitude.

I had a good time at the hotel. I had no issues checking in and out of the place. The room was okay and comfortable with clean sheets and good working facilities. The customer service was nice as well. I would rate the hotel a seven over ten.

The room was neat and very spacious. It was beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the toilet and bathroom were well equipped. Room service and housekeeping were prompt. The staff were polite and they attended to all my requests. However, the food was overrated.
