I really had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Customer service was good.

My stay was fairly okay but the bathorom in the room where i stayed needs to be fixed

The hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly. The environment was conducive, the air condition and the toilet worked very well.

I had a great time at the hotel. The room was spacious, well furnished and the bed was comfortable, the toilet and bathroom was well equipped. The hotel's management and staff were kind and accommodating, they were always ready to help their guests. The hotel served its purpose, I will stay at Madugu Rockview Hotel again.

My stay at the hotel was okay. I was not given the weekend rates as I expected. I guess it is because I booked for the hotel on a weekday and not on a weekend. The hotel is okay though. Good services were rendered to me. The environment was cool and conducive to stay in. Good service delivery too.
