Reviews of Le Paris Continental Hotel

The hotel is cool, the rooms and services are okay. The only challenge I had was with the water, It is bad.

My stay was horrible, I spent my night with mosquitoes.

I stayed at the Le Paris for 3 nights or say 2.5 nights as I had to exit prematurely. Everything was amiss in this damned hotel, the manager lacked any specification of customer service skills. The ancillary staff were okay and quite respectful but manager gets upset at easily. My room was flooding (as usual) and the manager got riled up because I complained about it.

My stay was very very good. Everything was okay, I rate 8/10.

My sister and I stay in this hotel every time we are in Nigeria. The management team are extremely helpful, accommodating and professional. The domestic staff are respectful and thorough. Personally, I couldn’t recommend a better hotel than Le Paris because of its location and it’s quietness. It’s nice to get away from the typical Lagos scene when in town. It is a niche that can only cater to a few and we will most definitely be back again for the 3rd year in a row. The only suggestion is perhaps, better security as sometimes you can find them asleep or better yet anyone can just walk in. This isn’t ideal for an establishment where people stay.

The hotel is very okay and I enjoyed my stay there. The environment was cool and quiet with a good ambiance. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities available for use. Nice stay. I would give the hotel a six over ten rating for the service delivery.

My check in to the hotel was okay but I happened to find out that one of the staff got tipped by an outsider to disclose some personal information about me. I stayed at the hotel for privacy but the staff were not efficient in carrying out their duties of ensuring my privacy.

When I opened the door to the room I was assigned to, I found cockroaches running around the room. I reported the issue immediately to the available staff on duty and he was kind enough to help me change my room. After that incident, the rest of my stay was hitch free.

My stay at the hotel was really nice. The hotel management and staff were accommodating and hospitable. The staff were always ready to help their guests. I was able to check in easily and I enjoyed the customer service, it was of good standard.

My stay at the hotel was awesome, I liked everything about the hotel, the parking lot was big enough to accommodate the cars in the hotel, checking in was swift as I could also pay with my credit card. My room was really beautiful and the bed was neatly arranged with a very clean bed sheet. The meals served were tasty and healthy. My room had a toilet and bathroom which was for me alone, also the AC was working perfectly and the generator was on throughout my stay at the hotel.

My stay was interesting. I made my self busy all through my stay at the hotel with watching documentary. Then my complain is that the door lock was bad and the tap head wasn't there, Then the bed was so strong that I had body pain the next morning. I had no issues at all locating the hotel, checking in wasn't a problem too, Then I notice the environment was neatly decorated with beautiful flowers then my room neatly arrange, Working AC and internet connection, constant water and power supply. To crown it up I enjoyed myself and am impressed.

My stay at the Le Paris Continental Hotel was okay but I strongly believe they could be better. Looking forward to improvements in the customers service, the size of the rooms and also the gadgets provide in the rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel,their services was awesome .The rooms were neat and spacious,the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries also.I would certainly visit soon

In terms of hospitality i rate them high,they were warm and hospitable.During my stay at the hotel iI felt I had no privacy because the security lock on the door in the room wasn't working well. I feel there should be a bathroom slipper in all the rooms for guest that don't have,they need to improve on little things and be observant also. Basic things should also be put into place like sign post on doors like the DO NOT DISTURB sign so people don't disturb you when you are busy.

Good hotel, Good rooms: Clean and well kept. Towel was Clean. I was served good meal in my room. The environment was serene and I enjoyed every bit of my stay

The hotel is really lovely, very neat and peaceful. The rooms are big enough and are comfortable. I look forward to coming back here again sometime.

I have a mixed feeling with my stay at your hotel. First I love your staff attitude, they are very accommodating. Second one is the water is brown. I know when I complained you said it was because lekki water was bad and you got me a better water but then my room was changed twice because something was wrong in each of the previous rooms. The first room had a bad socket the second had a bad fridge. Your Maintenance Manager should work on this. Please go to every room and fix the problem there.

I was wondering if it will be too difficult to get a hotel under such a short notice. Hotels.ng made it possible and I even got a discount. It was amazing, I really enjoyed my stay. It was a nice place.

The hotel offers good comfort and great customer care abilities though the room wasn't up to standard compared to what I saw online but every other thing was perfect. I had a great stay.

I really enjoyed staying at your hotel, locating your hotel was easy and checking-in was also fast, your customer service was great and welcoming too, I must say the meals were delicious. I had a little problem with the AC in my room, its kept on going on and off which made the room a little uncomfortable, I made a complain the next day which was taken care of immediately, I really liked my experience with your hotel and coming back to stay soon.
