Polite staff, clean and comfortable room. I enjoyed my stay.

My stay at the hotel was not impressive at the hotel. Firstly, I could not locate the hotel easily and even the people I asked within the area could not give the direction to the hotel properly. Then checking in was also very difficult because I had to wait for the front desk to sort out some issues. Although my room was comfortable, the bathroom and toilet was a mess. There were no towels and the floor was slippery. I really expected more than I got.

Looking at the hotel from outside, it looks very good and clean but on entering the hotel I was not impressed at all. The rooms were bad and not clean, the facilities were not working....I couldn't even stay overnight there and my money wasn't refunded.
