The hotel is okay but it could be better. They need to be more professional and efficient in their service. They have to pay attention to details

This hotel is beautiful, customer service is superb, staff are friendly and ready to help.

I Enjoyed my stay, every other thing was okay but I did not enjoy their food.

The room was too small and their furniture is old, the hotel needs renovation

I am satisfied with the services delivered. The rooms are very comfortable and homely. The hotel management and staff are always concerned about the happiness of their guest. The room service was timely and humble. I must say this hotel is "home away from home".

I went with my mum, my sister and my dad. My dad is recovering from stroke, so he cannot climb the stairs and cannot sit for too long. They told us there was no parking space after we paid the day before and we had to wait outside with our belongings because there was risk of it being stolen, as the security was inside the building and did not care. We had to wait outside by 11pm. I do not recommend this place for responsible people and people who care about their well-being. It is not safe, street thugs were outside the street loitering. The bathroom was disgusting and very small. The room oozed and was very dusty. I sneeze whenever I am around dust and I sneezed all through my stay. Their food was was over priced and very small. When I brought my food from outside, I had to pay for it to be microwaved and the kitchen staff told me my food was smelling. I have no reason to lie on this hotel and I will not want the next stranger to fall a victim. Please, do not go there.

Good hotel in a good location but poorly maintained and dirty. Toilet seat was all stained with urine from previous occupant, shower falling apart and room smelly. Firstly I was given a room without toilet seat and dirty floor towel. After I complained, an attempt was made to rectify the problem. The management of this hotel should step up because this a beautiful hotel in a good location.

My stay was horrible, i did not enjoy it at all, they stole my head phone, my beat head phone, it was terrible like what would someone steal a headphone for, if it's money then I'll say okay but this one, 'Headphone' i was not happy at all..

My stay was very impressive, front desk helpful . the parking lots is cool. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Whenever I travel to Nigeria that is my favorite hotel to stay. I have stayed there for about 4 trips to Nigeria, the VIP rooms are fantastic. I have introduced the hotel to many of my friends from Canada, it was confirmed that there stay was good and save.
