I did not enjoy myself because the room was filled with Mosquito, no pillow no duvet.

I enjoyed my stay at Trinity Apartments.

It was not what I expected, the room was dirty.

My stay was terrible at the apartment.

I had a terrible experience with the accommodation. It was a horrid experience at Trinity furnished apartments.

This is not a hotel apartment. The place is not serviced. No reception area, no signage. Your best complaint is to the gate man or any staff you see hanging outside. Toiletries are not provided for use. There was no blankets or duvet on the bed. If you need clean bed sheets, come with yours. You may also need a broom and mop to clean your room up. The brown water from the taps is disgusting. They do have a kitchen with a fridge and microwave. There was no cooker but I was eventually provided a camp gas by an official I saw outside. The gate man brought an extra worn out bedsheet for me to cover up with. Toilets were unflushed after the last guest left, bed sheets dirty, walls dirty, not even a waste bin provided. It was quite an experience.

I was poorly treated at the hotel as the customer service was not good enough. The was no duvet in the room. The toilet was not cleaned up from the last guest that used the place. There were no basic toiletries provided for use. I really did not enjoy my stay at the hotel and the services too.

My stay at the hotel was okay. I was well received by the staff. The room was comfortable and cozy with clean sheets and working facilities available. The bathroom was well cleaned and I did not have any issues throughout my stay there. I would give the hotel a seven over ten rating for the services rendered.

The rooms were untidy, there was no light till 9 pm, the water in the bathroom was very brown and dirty, mosquitoes were too much in the room.... I had a very horrible experience there and I do not think I will ever go back there.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. First, the staff are very unprofessional and rude to guests. They put me in a dirty room with no bedsheets. I had to find alternative accommodation. Dirty place. Sly Manager..very sad. Can never go there again. I really do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel's current facilities are not so good. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment but just one came with an AC. They had to run on inverter during the afternoon and it meant we made do without the lone AC. Customer service at the hotel was unresponsive.

Trinity hotel is one of the best service Apartment that I have been to. There service was excellent, 24 hrs power supply, good water system, security guards on ground 24/7, conducive environment and friendly staff that make sure your stay is comfortable.

My stay there was splendid, I enjoyed every moment I spent at Trinity Furnished Apartment. The hotel was neat, my room was comfortable and beautiful. Water and power supply was available, the staff were friendly and efficient. The toilet and bathroom were sparkling clean and toiletries were sufficient. I enjoyed this service, keep it up!

I passed the night at your hotel while on a business trip. So my stay was brief but it was enough for me to write a review. I liked that the power was uninterrupted. I feel the water situation could have been better. Water supply was erratic and it made my stay inconvenient. I hope there is an improvement.

Electricity at the hotel was rationed and the water situation wasn't better either. The bed lacked a duvet, the toilet didn't look tidy. I couldn't get a broom for my room. It was not surprisingly that the hotel did not have WiFi services. I won't be coming over again.

Daniel was at hand and was ready to attend to all my issues. He dealt with them professionally. He is very helpful with an ever present smile. I will come back again and again. Oh and they actually refund your 10k deposit. Gate staff needs to be more alive though, they looked clueless most times.

My stay at the hotel was very nice, the reception I got was warm and professional. The food was affordable and tasty. My room was neat and and properly arranged, I must also commend the hotel for providing constant electricity. I loved every minute I spent at the hotel.

It was quite expensive staying at the hotel. I had to pay extra fee everyday for the inverter used. The apartment I stayed in was not well equipped, it had no kitchen utensils, cutlery, bucket and broom. All these were what I had to purchase myself since the hotel could not provide them. Asides the expenses, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel environment was serene and conducive for relaxation.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel, it was less than what I expected. The hotel management should please improve on the facilities, clealiness and also their customer service. However the meal at the was okay.

I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. It is well furnished and they offer good service and quality. This is a good value for money.

I highly recommend for solo travelers needing a comfortable bed, full bath, and kitchen. This place has great value and is located in a quiet residential area. It is an affordable, clean place and has a superb host.. Few things need to be put in place though

Calm and serene environment and great Value for Money paid. Proximity to malls, eatery, relaxation spots. Environment is well Secured. Facilities working well. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying within Lagos.

Trinity apartments is value for money and situated in a secure environment. The flat itself is nicely furnished and upon arrival there were 2 water filters for the machine, a beautiful tray of fresh fruit and our point of contact ; Bunmi was extremely welcoming and totally responsive to all queries. Trinity will definitely be our first choice of accommodation in Lagos.

It is a very good place to stay, serene and comfortable environment. The customer service is very good. Bolaji was always available to sort things out.
