I loved my stay. I had no challenge, the staff were efficient their duty.

The hotel was not up to standard at all, the facilities were not up to standard even though it was easy to locate and very neat. The hotel needs to work on power supply, facility upgrade and improve on customer service quality to improve on the quality of their service.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I was comfortable. The staff were always ready to grant all my request, they were also very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean, bed was properly laid, the air conditioning unit was working well and the bathroom setting was absolutely perfect. The hotel environment was really conducive for relaxation. I had a terrible experience due to the poor service on the part of the staff of the hotel. In such a big hotel, there was only one receptionist present to cater to the numerous customers that were waiting to be checked into their rooms and also the power supply was epileptic.

I really had a nice time at the hotel, the receptionist was very friendly. I got value for money because every single thing was properly handled by very capable hotel attendants. There was constant power and water supply, the room was neat and well arranged, room service was very prompt. It was indeed an awesome stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel even if it was just a night. The room was cozy and the air conditioning unit in the room operated very well. The power supply was remarkable though I was not expecting such consistency in power supply.

I was unlucky to not get the complimentary bottle of wine that comes with making a reservation. Maybe because I'm a lady, I wasn't given any wine. I can't blame you much though as I did not request for it. Besides the wine I didn't get, everything else was fine.

I used your annex this time around and my stay was pathetic. The services were slow and of poor quality. I found this surprising because the main hotel was lovely and didn't have anything in common with your annex. I won't be using the annex again.

The room's size was small. It's typical of hotels in the area but I was hoping for something better. The bed was small, it was kind of a uncomfortable to use. But it was okay though, the rooms were neat and well arranged. The staff were helpful too, it was okay.

Water supply at the hotel was irregular. This ruined what would otherwise have been a great stay. Water wasn't readily available and it made my stay inconvenient. I hope the water supply is improved upon.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The one issue I had is common to all Nigerian hotels, the food never comes on time. I guess it's Nigerian standard but you can improve. I was completely famished before I got my food. This kind of treatment does not serve you guest well.
