The hotel is very nice, the staff are so friendly and the rooms are so nice too.

The whole hotel needs to be refurbished,the Resturant runs out of basic food ie I ordered dodo or yam and there was none. the sanitary ware is nothing to write home about. I booked to stay in the hotel from the 14 to 17 November 2018, paid in full prior to my arrival. I stayed for over 90 mins before my room was made available. There is no running hot water, I call the front desk to switch on the hot water and at a time there was no water available,the pressure is low when the water was available Final weekend the music from the club house goes till early hours of the morning and those staying at the hotel have nowhere to park as the guest from the club occupies all the parking spaces meant for the guest staying in the hotel.

The staff need to get better training. The front office staff and the kitchen staff are aggressive over funds unnecessarily. The complimentary breakfast is not a buffet but bread and eggs served daily. The wifi, AC & pool work properly. The only amazing thing about the hotel is that check in is at 7am.

The hotel is beautiful and neat. It has a large parking space and it is located in a very secured environment. It was quite accessible too. The staff are courteous, hospitable and well trained. My room was comfortable and conducive. Finally, the hotel's facilities were working properly.

The location of this hotel was perfect and the environment was very neat and conducive. The staff were very cordial and the customer service was top notch. I enjoyed every moment I spent at the hotel.

I will recommend this hotel to everyone. I had a lovely stay there and the staff were very helpful. The security is tight, I felt safe and welcomed in this hotel.
