Only my check in to the hotel went smoothly. I enjoyed my first day too. At some point, some government officials came around to close down the hotel. The sad part was the hotel management did not even bother about me as a guest, they did not look for an alternative hotel for me to stay in. I had to go out on my own to look for another hotel. I believe that the hotel should have their guests in mind regardless of whatever issues or challenges that they may be facing.

My stay was ridiculously awful. There was no water in the bathroom, no power supply, the presentation of the food I ordered was rubbish. I was disappointed and I won't be too eager to return.

I had a terrible experience at the hotel. The staff lack courtesy, they are not customer friendly. The manager is very rude. The hotel lacks proper maintenance culture and a lot of things don't function like telephone, tv remote among others. They used the decorations I forgot in the hotel room to decorate the reception the next morning. They should have called me first because I was still coming to the hotel at night.

I did not enjoy my stay at Convergence Hotel honestly. The reception staff was rude, the room I stayed had a bad television and the room also had faulty bulbs, I found it really difficult to see in the night. The drainage in the bathroom was also bad. I do not think I want to go back to that hotel, it was poor. I hope they fix this!.

This is really good hotel as I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I really enjoyed the power supply as it was as constant as water supply. It was really awesome as the meals were fantastic, very conducive environment. I really would visit soon.

Very friendly service and good facility, will definitely check in anytime in town again
