Reviews of Golden Tulip Essential Airport Hotel

My stay was good, the room was excellent, and the environment was calm but their food was so expensive.

I reluctantly booked this hotel just because I was not sure about its promises, but it was a great stay. The only issue is that the customer service is horrible. but I think that's a personal issue, not the hotel itself. Nevertheless, my stay was wonderful.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. I did not like the place so I had to leave after the first night. The reception I received was quite good but the hotel itself and the facilities therein are not good at all. The pictures I saw online were different from what I saw there. The hotel needs to be upgraded.

The staff were extremely professional and the room was large and clean. The hotel was the perfect place for me, power supply was 24hours, internet was available, water heater was working fine. The room was comfortable and beautiful, their room service was perfect, food was delicious and affordable. I would love to use the hotel again.
