Poor Management

No Water, no wifi, no towel, dust covered the entire furniture and room they claimed to have cleaned. Poor Management. worst hotel ever. it was a waste of my money.

Rolak hotel has good rooms but their TV channels are limited.

They claim there's free WiFi but it didn't work till I left. My room had to be changed because the power socket is not functioning. Water was not running from the room. Total waste of my time and money. The irony is that the hotel has a good space and the ambiance outside is fine.
