Appalling Service

By far one of the worst hotels I have had to lodge in. The hotel has been managed poorly. The hotel staff are rude. The elevator is bad. We were not offer hot water despite the cold weather and there was no apology issued. The food was manageable but it could be better.

My stay at the hotel was a good one,the hotel is really a place to be.Am so impressed with the way the staffs were so respectful and quick with their duties.My room was neat and and comfortable,and their food was delicious.I hope to use the hotel when i visit Abuja again.

Best Hotel in Nigeria

This is by far the best hotel I have ever been to. The detail to finishing is impeccable. It has the most stylish, luxurious, exquisite furnishing, comparable to top hotels in Dubai. I am definitely having my honeymoon here. By the way, did I mention the food........hmmm......delicious.
