Open Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (Mondays to Saturdays), 1 PM to 4 PM (Sundays). The Historic Railpark is a train museum in a former station with historical exhibits, a model railroad, and?vintage car tours. It is located in the historic railroad station. The rail park was opened in?1925. It provides behind the scenes guided tours of the railcars. Cars are available for guided tours on the hour. Another way to explore and enjoy the railcars is via an escape room experience on either the caboose or hospital car. The museum is home to the award-winning Show Modular Model Railroad Club permanent model railroad exhibit. Also, it hosts the two-day ?Festival of Trains? every first weekend in December. It is one of the things to do in Kentucky this weekend.
